Hello! I’m Eugene, and welcome to my blog.

I live in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. I have been working in the travel industry for over 20 years. I worked in an international airline for 13 years before continuing the remainder of my experience in a travel management company.

My work experience includes Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Travel Planning, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising and Bot Development.

I love teaching new comers and mentoring potential managers in the travel industry. I continue to do so until today at my place of work. I take pride in their success as that reflects my success in developing them.
