Join the CommunityTwitter seems to be getting more unstable these days. Many times when I try posting, the service is unable or overloaded. The worse I ever experience was yesterday, the service was unable from late morning until evening. In today’s news, Twitter warned to expect more outages. I am guessing due to the current World Cup, twits have been increasing, causing Twitter to reach it’s capacity and bringing the system down. CNN reported there were over 300,000 twits on the first World Cup game. I am sure it will continue to increase as we get closer to the finals.
Another popular social network system, Foursquare was also down yesterday.

Yes, yesterday was the most serious one I ever see. I have been using twitter for at least 6 months, never see it goes down before. Must be the football fever that makes it unable to cope for the load.
