BodyJam 50 Track List

The track list for BodyJam 50 has been released! Looks like another exciting release. The quarterly workshop in Kuala Lumpur will be on Saturday, 29 August 2009.

I’ve been doing BodyJam for years but in the recent months, I can feel the stress on my body when doing the program. Not sure how long more will I be doing it.

    Kiki, officially you are not able to download the BodyJam tracks but I know some friends have downloaded them from torrents or file sharing sites.
