I am 19.3% fat

The bloggers ( Kyen, Drowned Glass, Little Prince Boi and myself) are now known as the Pong Pongs.

The Pong Pongs were out shopping in the Gardens (it’s amazing how many hours we can spend on just one floor) and we walked over to Mid Valley. We were at this store selling exercise equipment and they had a body fat analyzer. One by one of us step on it and we were comparing how much fat we had.

When it came to my turn, I stepped on the machine and it stopped. Gosh… am I that fat?? I tried a second time and this time there was a reading…. weight 70.7kgs and 19.3% fat. Sigh… I’ve not been to the gym for a few days. Time to go back and work harder.

  1. ish… my percentage was the highest :(
but i insist it was the weight and interference of my camera that i was wearing on my hip!

  2. For the male fat is 10%.

Mine is 16% so i need to extra more hard.

  3. I used to stay around 12.9%, but now… it’s a history to me, I think I am in more than 20% fat now, even though I go Bodyjam 3 times a week! I think I need to slave myself into BodyAttack soon, I would lose 5 pounds in just 3 classes.

  4. Drownedglass,
You should have taken away the camera before going on the scale but then again, it would only add to the weight and not body fat! haha…

    Chester,
    16%? Not bad wor…

    Eric,
Body Attack can lose 5 pounds in 3 classes? I need to go then! :)

  5. Yes Eugene, I tried and It did work for me, but I need to get a pair of good shoes first, because Body Attack requires a lot of jumping up and down. Body Step is equally effective though…. and it shaped my butt perfectly.
    Eric : )

  6. and my knee hurts… :(

  7. the pong-pongs… i wonder where does that come from. haha
