One Big Car Park

The Federal Highway as well as several major highways around Kuala Lumpur turned into one big car park this morning when police mounted road blocks at entry points into the city in anticipation of public demonstration.

The police has obtained a court order barring Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, his supporters and the public from holding any rally or participating in it within a 5km radius of the Parliament building.

I managed to escape the massive traffic jam with thanks to my friend Kyen who sent a SMS just when I was about to leave the Condo. I got on the NPE followed by the SMART Tunnel and reached office in 30 minutes.
