Wearing jeans like they are about to drop is an “in thing” for youngsters. Some wear it so low that they cannot even walk properly. Sometimes I feel tempted to give the pants a pull and let it drop!
In usual cases, you’ll see the underwear or boxers when the pants are so low but for this guy in the picture, you can see half his butt and I think he is not wearing any underwear!
