Housemate and I decided that we will visit the new Gardens Mid Valley. We arrived at 10.30am and were pleasantly surprised that we could find a parking within minutes! Wonder where have all the people gone… Anyway, we were hungry on arrival and headed straight to McD. Housemate had the Big Breakfast while I took the McMuffin Sausage with Egg. Wonder why they call it sausage when it’s a flat patty!
After filling up our tanks, we started our retail teraphy. First stop, Robinsons! Housemate and I found the place a bit cramped as everything was placed closed to each other. We ended up in the Men’s section and I could not resist myself when I saw 2(x)ist !! I ended up buying 3 pairs as there is a 20% discount when purchasing above RM200. Housemate also found the type of underwear he likes.
I love the Carbon series of 2xist. It’s low waist, fits really well, holds everything in place and it’s cheaper than CK. You have to try it to know! We then walked every floor in the Gardens. We were hungry after our walking about and settled for Pizza!
We were charged up again after lunch and headed to Jusco for grocery shopping. Housemate thought of only buying one basket but we ended up buying one trolley full! We then headed home as I wanted to cook dinner while housemate wanted to clean the condo.

Over the weekend, a friend moved in and became ‘the housemate’. Little did I know, I have one more arrival, a “ratatouille”. I did not notice until I sat at the sofa and found a huge hole in my bag of potato chips! A few traps have been set but so far no luck in catching it.

My friends and I had dinner at Delicious 1 Utama before heading for movie. We look through the menu and all of us ended up with pasta! After a wonderful meal, we headed to GSC to watch ‘Hairspray’.

Let’s see… the warm up starts with simple, easy to follow steps. The isolation is interesting with a catchy rhythm; hip hop, booty shaking and chest pumping! Next comes the latin track. There is hardly any latin feel. It has a “off” beat counting. 2, 3, cha-cha-cha…2, 3, cha-cha-cha… takes a while to get use to the feet movements. The latin track ends with Let’s get loud! And it does get LOUD!! Hahaha…
The first cardio block, I like the chest-pop sequence. Very nice… There are many turns and leaps… so many until body also ache! err… salonplas please?
Recovery, under my umbrella…ela, ela, ela… Cool moves but with butt turns! You need a sexy butt to do nice moves. Gosh, time to build up my butt!
The second cardio block is a killer! The music makes you feel like clubbing. Lots of jumping! Jump, jump, jump until leg also aching. My arm lines still cacat. Need to practice more. Need to look cool ma!
In this release the songs are not as catchy but the moves are cool! The moves involves more of the lower body, legs and butt especially! As usual after class, I’m flat out but happy!

Ever since I got discharged, I’ve been going to gym every day! I’ve been getting to know more people especially those that attend classes with me. More importantly, my stamina is back and I have managed to reduce my weight by 5kgs since I started going back to the gym. The tummy is now less obvious but still needs some work!
Over the past week, my buddies have been talking a lot about BodyJam, the releases, moves, tracks and the ‘hot’ and ‘not so hot’ instructors
I can’t wait for the BodyJam 42 release this weekend!

Sindy insisted that we attend Stephen’s BodyJam class at Leisure Mall. She keep telling us that Stephen’s good looks are an inspiration and he does it in a “manly” manner. So all four of us agreed and off we went!
I have known Stephen for a few years already. From a young skinny boy, he has grown up to be a hunky man now. Yes, I have to agree that he does BodyJam in a “manly” manner but for some tracks, a little bit of “hiao-ness” is still required in order to do BodyJam correctly.
